The rules that govern use of our website and the services Byte Geniushub provides to clients.
By accessing https://bytegeniushub.com/ or engaging Byte Geniushub for any service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, effective from 1 August 2026. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services. Where a signed proposal or service agreement exists, its specific terms prevail over these general terms.
We provide website and software development, mobile app development, UI/UX and brand design, search engine optimisation, paid media management, social media and content, video production, e-commerce solutions and artificial-intelligence consulting and implementation. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each engagement are set out in a written proposal, statement of work or quotation.
Prices shown on our website are starting prices for guidance only. A quotation is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work begins once the proposal is accepted in writing (including by email) and the first milestone payment is received.
Delays in feedback or materials may shift the project timeline and, for extended delays beyond 30 days, may incur re-scheduling fees.
Unless otherwise agreed, fees are payable in Bangladeshi taka (BDT) in milestones — typically 40% at kickoff, 30% on design approval and 30% before launch. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Invoices are due within seven days. We accept bank transfer, bKash, Nagad and approved international payment methods. Prices exclude VAT and other government levies, which are added where applicable. We may pause work on overdue accounts.
Requests outside the agreed scope are handled through a written change request with an estimate of cost and time impact. Additional work begins only after your approval.
On receipt of full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you — designs, custom code and content — transfers to you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, code libraries and know-how, and grant you a perpetual licence to use them as part of your deliverables. Third-party software, fonts, plugins and stock media remain subject to their own licences. Unless you object in writing, we may show non-confidential work in our portfolio.
Our work may rely on platforms such as WordPress, hosting providers, payment gateways, courier APIs, Google, Meta and AI model providers. We are not responsible for their availability, policy changes, pricing changes or account decisions, though we will help you respond to them.
AI systems we build or use can produce inaccurate or unexpected outputs. We design guardrails and human review processes, but clients remain responsible for how AI outputs are used in their business, particularly for legal, financial, medical or other high-impact decisions.
We perform services with reasonable skill and care and fix defects reported within the support period stated in your proposal. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or data loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the preceding three months.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 15 days’ written notice. You will pay for work completed up to the termination date and any non-cancellable third-party costs. Retainers require 30 days’ notice after the minimum term. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have exclusive jurisdiction. We will always try to resolve disagreements through good-faith discussion first.
